What is Enclave?
Enclave is essentially a LAN Party on a large scale. Hundreds of gamers bring their own PC and/or gaming console, monitor, peripherals etc and then get a table and chair to set up for the weekend. There is also a tabletop gaming space, so you can get those long-form board and tabletop games in with friends, without worrying about closing time.
The gaming never stops, it's a 24H event so you can stay up as late as you want playing your favorite games with friends and people you meet at the event.
It's a social event with many likeminded gamers and a lot of communication will go through Discord - voice and text chats where games can be arranged and information can be shared.
Food and drink are available at the venue all weekend, or there are lots of places to go out and eat nearby.
Also unique to Enclave is the narrative metagame that each event is themed around. Everyone can participate in advancing the story of the Enclave just by taking part in activities and gaming at the show!

What does my LAN BYOC ticket get me?
A LAN BYOC ticket means you can Bring Your Own Computer (or Console) to the event, you will have access to the event, a table (½ a 6ft Table for LAN BYOC tickets), a power socket, a network cable, and a chair.
What comes with the VIP LAN BYOC Ticket option?
You get a 4ft Table, 2 power sockets, 1 network cable, a GT Omega gaming chair, access to the VIP reserved parking.
Is there a day/visitor ticket?
Yes, there are LAN Guest tickets for Friday, Saturday, & Sunday, and a LAN Guest weekend ticket for Friday through to Sunday. These ticket types are limited, but give you full access to the venue so you can hang out with friends/play table top games and check out the partner stands at your leisure.
These tickets are designed for friends of BYOC to come and be social for the event.
These tickets are purely for visiting friends in the LAN and not meant to be an exhibition style day-out. We have a very small exhibition presence for attendees. -
When will the seat picker go live so I can choose my seat?
The Seat Picker is above menu under EVENT > Seat Picker.

I need to have a carer with me, how does that work?
Here at Enclave we want to ensure everyone, no matter their circumstances, has the ability to attend LAN. As such we have carer tickets available for those that require assistance when attending the event. Carer tickets are available for LAN BYOC tickets & LAN Guest tickets (excludes LAN VIP tickets)
To request a carer ticket please email events@lancraftevents.com with evidence. Examples of evidence we accept are:
Attendance Allowance Letter (AA)
Carers’ Allowance Letter of Award
Disability Living Allowance Letter (DLA)
Personal Independence Payments (PIP)
Armed Forces Independence Payments (AFIP)

We have reserved seating at the end of rows to allow for easily accessibility for those that require it. Please email events@lancraftevents.com to request your seat picker ticket be upgraded to select a accessibility friendly seat.
Things you need to be aware of:
There is a lift in the venue to allow you to the 1st and 2nd floor balconiesAccessible toilets are located on the ground and 2nd floor.
Floor ramps are being used in rows to house power and network cables, these are located at tables numbered 12, and between tables numbered 24 & 25.

What accommodation options are available onsite?
The Arena UK has a hotel onsite with over 300 rooms available.
Is there any camping?
We are running a campsite around 30 minutes walk / 5 minutes drive from the venue. See more information on the camping page.
Are there any hotels you would suggest?
Check out the hotels page for links to local hotels. To be close we would recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton onsite, for those on a budget there are over 20 additional hotels very close that are cheaper.
There are also many local Airbnb locations which are great value for larger groups!

What will the bar sell?
There are bars onsite, Check out the F&B page for more information on bar menus (available closer to the event).
Is there food in the venue and delivery to the desk?
There are food options internal and external to the venue, delivery to desk is not available for this event, but we are working with the venue to bring this for the future.
What am I allowed to bring in from outside?
No takeaways allowed on site, but you are allowed to bring small snacks and drinks, including refillable water bottles (refillable free in the venue). Large quantities are not allowed, think what you might fit in a small bag and you are in the right place.
Those who are on a medical diet and who need to bring their own food on medical grounds (Gluten Free, Lactose intolerance etc) will be permitted to do so. A method for how this will be handled is being created so stay tuned for additional updates if you are affected by this.Are there any good food places nearby?

Where is the parking and how much does it cost?
There is a parking cost for this event, parking is £5 for 12 hours, £8 for 24 hours, paying for parking is available when you arrive on site as per the signposted instructions.
VIP Ticket holders will be able to park in the designated VIP car park, please note that you will have access to this reserved parking area but parking will still need to be purchased separately.Is there a drop off area?
There is no dedicated drop off for the event as the car park is mere meters from the front entrance, but there will likely be a 45-minute drop-off window available for free.

Is there anything I should leave at home?
Please don’t bring any socket powered fans, microwaves, fridges, cooler boxes etc, we can’t have anything other than gaming equipment plugged into the power network.

We are working hard to bring in vendors who can sell equipment onsite during the event, check our our event partners page for up to date information on who is attending.

This consent form is for attendees aged between 16 & 17.
All children under 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times during the event.The Parental consent form can be downloaded here

Running such a large event is hard and we rely on the support of volunteers to bring the magic to the community, if you want to help you can apply to be a volunteer here.
Membership FAQs

What types of membership does Enclave LAN offer? There are two programmes: Standard Membership (a monthly or annual subscription with three tiers — Base, Core, and Prime) and Lifetime Founders Membership (a one-time purchase with three tiers — Bastion, Vanguard, and Apex).
What's the difference between Standard and Lifetime? Standard is a recurring subscription that includes community perks and (depending on tier) event tickets for as long as you're subscribed. Lifetime is a one off payment that covers you for every Enclave LAN event, forever — with premium welcome packages and exclusive perks that Standard members don't get.
Do Lifetime members always get more than Standard members? Yes. Lifetime perks are designed to always remain superior to Standard subscription perks.
When do memberships start? All membership perks apply from Enclave 3 onwards. Memberships do not cover Enclave 2. If you're on a Standard Subscription, your community perks (card, Discord, t shirt, newsletter) activate immediately, but event related perks such as tickets, t shirts, and discounts begin at Enclave 3. -
How much does a Standard Membership cost? Base is £9.99/mo, Core is £26.99/mo, and Prime is £50.99/mo. Annual plans are also available at a discount: Base £109.99/yr, Core £299.99/yr, Prime £574.99/yr.
Is there a discount for paying annually? Yes — annual plans save you money compared to paying monthly, and the 6 month minimum commitment for ticket perks is waived entirely on annual plans.
What do I get with each Standard tier? All three tiers include a physical membership card, Discord member role and badge, exclusive members Discord channel, exclusive event t shirt at each event, early seat picker access, and the members newsletter. Base adds a £30 flat discount on any event LAN ticket. Core includes a BYOC ticket at every event. Prime includes a VIP ticket at every event (with the full VIP perks: 4ft table, 2 sockets, GT Omega chair, and fast track entry).
What's the 6 month minimum? This is a clause in the subscription to prevent abuse. If a member subscribes to a core or prime membership less than 6 months before the the next event then that member will still receive their membership perks (Event ticket and t-shirt), however if they cancel their subscription before the 6 month period then there will be a charge for the services they have been provided which is the total cost of a the event ticket + Retail price for the t-shirt minus the total already paid vis subscription.
What happens if I cancel before the 6 months are up? You have two options: forfeit (cancel and lose the ticket entitlement) or buyout (pay the difference between what you've paid in subscription fees so far and the retail ticket price to keep the ticket). For example, a Core member who's paid 2 months (£53.98) would pay £76.02 to keep their £130 BYOC ticket.
Can I cancel anytime? Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll retain your perks until the end of the current billing period. Ticket entitlements are subject to the 6 month minimum and early cancellation buyout policy.
Subscription Timings, are there any restrictions? Yes, before any event we need to make sure we can book in the right services for the event to happen, as a result any subscription which is started less than 1 calendar month from the start date of the next Enclave event will not include that event in the subscription, this is called the Event Eligibility Cutoff.

How do I get my event ticket as a Core or Prime member? Once you've met the 6 month minimum (or if you're on an annual plan), your ticket is sent directly to you when event tickets go on sale. No need to buy one separately.
Can I transfer my membership ticket to someone else? No. Tickets are non transferable and tied to your membership account.
How does the £30 discount work on the Base tier? You receive a unique discount code worth £30 off any event LAN ticket. It's valid once per event and applied at checkout.
How do I get my event t shirt and choose my size? When you sign up, we'll contact you via email to collect your t shirt size preference. If you need to update your size at any point, email Events@lancraftevents.com. T shirts are collected at the Members Check In desk at the event. If you don't collect your t shirt at the event, it can be posted to you at your own expense.
Are Prime (VIP) slots limited? Yes. The number of Prime slots available equals the total VIP ticket capacity minus the number of Apex Lifetime members. Once full, there's a waiting list.

How much does a Lifetime Founders Membership cost? Bastion is £1,500, Vanguard is £3,000, and Apex is £5,000. These are one time payments.
How do I buy a Lifetime Membership? Email Events@lancraftevents.com to express your interest or ask any questions. Payment arrangements are agreed directly.
Can I pay in instalments? Payment plans may be available if expressly agreed in writing by LANCraft Events Ltd — email Events@lancraftevents.com to discuss.
Are Lifetime Memberships limited? Yes. Each tier has a finite number of slots — Bastion has 100, Vanguard has 50, and Apex has 25. Once they're gone, they're gone.
I donated to the GoFundMe — does that count towards a Lifetime Membership? Potentially. GoFundMe contributions may be taken into consideration toward the cost at the sole discretion of LANCraft Events Ltd. It's not automatic — email Events@lancraftevents.com to discuss and agree any applicable credit before purchasing.

When do I receive my membership card? After you subscribe, there's a 14 day hold period (to cover the refund window), then the card goes into production and is shipped to you. Each tier has its own distinct card design.
What if I lose my card? Replacement cards are available at your cost, approximately £6.
Do I get a new card if I upgrade tiers? Yes — you'll receive a free new card with your new tier's design when you upgrade.

What's in the welcome package? All tiers receive a premium metal engraved membership card and a full set of Enclave keycaps. Vanguard adds an exclusive Founders hoodie, Founders t shirt, and Enclave XL mousemat (all with unique Vanguard designs). Apex gets all of that with unique Apex designs, plus a personalised gaming chair with custom embroidery of your gamertag.
What do I get at every event? Bastion gets a BYOC ticket for life, early seat picker access, and reserved parking (parking fee still applies). Vanguard and Apex get a VIP ticket for life, exclusive event t shirt drops, early seat picker access, reserved parking, and hotel booking concierge (room cost still billable). Apex members also get their personalised chair stored by Enclave and set up at their seat every event.
What's included vs what's still billable? Included: your event ticket for life and event t shirts (Vanguard/Apex). Still billable per event: parking fees and hotel room costs. The concierge handles the booking — you just cover the room cost.

What happens if I break the rules? Enclave operates a three strike system. If you breach the terms, you'll receive a formal warning. Three warnings result in a suspension from membership benefits for a defined period. Immediate cancellation without prior warnings is reserved for severe breaches only, such as dangerous behaviour, harassment, or anything that puts other attendees or staff at risk.
What counts as a severe breach? Anything that LANCraft Events Ltd considers serious enough to warrant immediate cancellation — this includes but isn't limited to threats, violence, harassment, discrimination, illegal activity at events, or deliberate damage to equipment or the venue.
Can I rejoin if my membership is cancelled for a severe breach? No. A member whose membership has been permanently cancelled is not entitled to purchase a new membership.

Is there a cooling off period? For Lifetime Memberships, yes — 14 days from purchase per consumer regulations. If the welcome package has been opened, reasonable costs for those items may be deducted from the refund. For Standard Subscriptions, you can cancel at any time (subject to the buyout policy for early cancellation).
Are Lifetime Memberships refundable? No, after the 14 day cooling off period they are non refundable. The only exception is if LANCraft Events Ltd permanently ceases to operate Enclave LAN events, in which case a pro rata refund may apply.
What happens if my membership is cancelled due to a severe breach of terms? You forfeit all benefits immediately, no refund is issued, and you are not entitled to purchase a new membership.
