Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before subscribing to the Enclave LAN Standard Membership. By subscribing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, in addition to the Enclave LAN Event Terms and Conditions and the LANCraft Events Ltd Website Terms and Conditions.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
This is a recurring subscription. Your chosen payment method will be charged automatically at the start of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel in accordance with Clause 14.
Subscription perks relating to event tickets (Core and Prime tiers) are subject to a minimum subscription period. See Clause 13 for full details.
Perks do not apply to Enclave 2. Enclave 3 is the first event covered by this Membership scheme.
Your statutory rights are not affected. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory rights you may have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, or the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024.

1. Definitions and Interpretation
In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:
“Account”
means your registered account on the Enclave LAN membership platform.
“Annual Plan”
means a Subscription billed as a single payment covering a twelve (12) month period.
“Billing Cycle”
means the recurring period (monthly or annually) for which the Subscription Fee is charged.
“BYOC”
means Bring Your Own Computer, the standard attendance format at Enclave LAN Events.
“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”
means LANCraft Events Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15420570, VAT registration number 462339096, whose registered office is at 6 Elm Crescent, Hythe, Southampton, Hampshire, SO45 3PR.
“Cooling-Off Period”
means the period of 14 calendar days from the date on which the Subscription contract is entered into, during which the Member may cancel without penalty under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
“Discount Code”
means a unique code provided to Base Tier Members entitling them to a £30 discount on one (1) BYOC LAN ticket per Event.
“Event”
means an Enclave LAN event organised and operated by the Company.
“Founders Membership”
means the separate Enclave LAN Lifetime Founders Membership scheme, governed by its own terms and conditions.
“Member”, “you”, “your”
means the individual who has subscribed to the Membership.
“Membership”
means the Enclave LAN Standard Subscription Membership in any of the three Tiers.
“Membership Card”
means the physical card issued to each Member upon subscription.
“Minimum Period”
means the six (6) consecutive months of active subscription required before ticket perks activate for Core and Prime Tier monthly subscribers (see Clause 13).
“Monthly Plan”
means a Subscription billed on a recurring monthly basis.
“Retail Price”
means the published ticket price for an Event as advertised to the general public at the time the ticket is allocated to the Member.
“Subscription”
means the ongoing paid membership arrangement between you and the Company.
“Subscription Fee”
means the recurring charge for your chosen Tier and Billing Cycle.
“Tier”
means the membership level selected by the Member: Base, Core, or Prime.
“VIP”
means the premium BYOC attendance tier at Enclave LAN Events, providing enhanced seating, facilities, and services.
2. About Us
2.1 The Membership is operated by LANCraft Events Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15420570.

2.7 The Company organises and operates Enclave LAN, a multi-day BYOC gaming event held in the United Kingdom.
3. Eligibility and Account Requirements
3.1 You must be aged eighteen (18) or over to subscribe to the Membership.
3.2 You must create an Account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full name, email address, postal address, and preferred t-shirt size.
3.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and for all activity under your Account.
3.4 Each Membership is personal to the named Member and is non-transferable. You may not share, sell, assign, or otherwise transfer your Membership or any associated perks to any other person.
3.5 The Company reserves the right to refuse or cancel any Membership application on reasonable grounds, including but not limited to: (a) previous breach of these Terms or the Enclave LAN Event Terms and Conditions; (b) a previous ban from Enclave LAN Events; (c) provision of fraudulent or materially inaccurate information; or (d) the applicant being under 18 years of age. The Company will notify the applicant of any refusal and the reason for it.
3.6 The Company is committed to equal access. Membership applications will be assessed without regard to race, sex, disability, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, or any other characteristic protected by the Equality Act 2010.
4. Subscription Tiers and Pricing
4.1 The Membership is offered in three Tiers. The current pricing, perks, and comparison are set out in Schedule 1.
4.2 The three Tiers are:
(a) Base Tier — £9.49 per month (Monthly Plan) or £108.88 per year (Annual Plan, equivalent to £9.07 per month). Includes: Membership Card, Discord titles and Members-only channel access, official event t-shirt at each Event, and a £30 Discount Code for one (1) BYOC LAN ticket per Event.
(b) Core Tier — £24.99 per month (Monthly Plan) or £289.88 per year (Annual Plan, equivalent to £24.16 per month). Includes: all Base Tier perks, plus one (1) BYOC LAN ticket included for each Event (replacing the Discount Code).
(c) Prime Tier — £47.99 per month (Monthly Plan) or £560.88 per year (Annual Plan, equivalent to £46.74 per month). Includes: all Core Tier perks, except the included ticket is upgraded to one (1) VIP BYOC ticket per Event.
4.3 All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate of 20%. LANCraft Events Ltd is registered for VAT (VAT registration number 462339096). The Company reserves the right to amend pricing in accordance with Clause 23.
4.4 Perks are cumulative. Each higher Tier includes all perks of the Tier(s) below it, except where a perk is expressly replaced (e.g., the ticket discount in Base is replaced by an included ticket in Core and Prime).
5. Billing, Payment, and Renewal
5.1 Payment must be made using a valid payment method accepted by the Company. By confirming your Subscription, you expressly acknowledge that your chosen payment method will be charged the applicable Subscription Fee at the start of each Billing Cycle. The checkout process will require you to explicitly acknowledge your obligation to pay before the Subscription is activated.
5.2 Monthly Plan subscriptions renew automatically on the same date each calendar month. Annual Plan subscriptions renew automatically on the anniversary of the original subscription date.
5.3 If a payment fails, the Company will attempt to recharge the payment method. If payment remains outstanding for more than seven (7) days, your Membership may be suspended in accordance with Clause 18.
5.4 You are responsible for ensuring your payment details are current and valid at all times.
5.5 All payments are processed by a third-party payment processor. The Company does not store your full payment card details.
5.6 Renewal Reminder Notices. The Company will send you a reminder notice by email at least fourteen (14) days before each Annual Plan renewal payment is due, confirming the amount to be charged and how to cancel before the charge is applied. For Monthly Plan subscribers, the Company will send a reminder notice by email at least once every six (6) months, confirming the current Subscription Fee, the next payment date, and how to cancel. Reminder notices will be separate from any marketing or promotional communications.
6. Annual Billing Option
6.1 Each Tier is available on either a Monthly Plan or an Annual Plan. The Annual Plan is billed as a single upfront payment covering twelve (12) months.
6.2 The Annual Plan offers a discounted rate compared to twelve (12) months of Monthly Plan payments. The specific annual pricing and savings are detailed in Schedule 1.
6.3 Annual Plan subscribers on the Core or Prime Tier are exempt from the Minimum Period requirement set out in Clause 13. Ticket perks are available from the first eligible Event (Enclave 3 onwards).
6.4 Annual Plan Cancellation. If you cancel an Annual Plan before the twelve-month period has elapsed, you will receive a pro-rata refund calculated as follows: the unused whole months remaining on the Annual Plan, multiplied by the monthly-equivalent rate for your Tier (i.e. the Annual Plan price divided by twelve), less (a) the value of any event tickets already issued or allocated (valued at the Retail Price as defined in Clause 1), (b) the value of any event t-shirts already collected or dispatched, and (c) a reasonable administration fee of £15.00. Your Membership and perks will remain active until the end of the current paid month. If the calculation produces a negative figure (i.e. the value of perks already received exceeds the remaining balance), no refund is payable and no further sum is owed by the Member.
6.5 Annual Plan Renewal. Annual Plans renew automatically. The Company will notify you at least fourteen (14) days before the renewal date in accordance with Clause 5.6. You may cancel auto-renewal at any time before the renewal date to prevent the next charge.
6.6 Renewal Cooling-Off Period. Upon each Annual Plan renewal, you have a further fourteen (14) day cooling-off period from the renewal date during which you may cancel and receive a full refund of the renewal payment. To exercise this right, you must notify the Company in writing (email to events@lancraftevents.com) within the fourteen (14) day period.
7. Membership Card
7.1 Upon subscribing, each Member is entitled to one (1) physical Membership Card.
7.2 Card fulfilment is subject to the following timeline: (a) a fourteen (14) day cooling-off/refund period from the date of subscription; followed by (b) a fourteen (14) day production hold; followed by (c) production and dispatch. The Company aims to dispatch cards within twenty-eight (28) days of the production hold ending, but delivery times may vary. The Membership Card is a physical good and is subject to the consumer’s statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7.3 Each Tier has a distinct card design. Membership Cards for the Standard Subscription Membership are separate from and visually distinct from Lifetime Founders Membership cards.
7.4 Lost, stolen, or damaged cards may be replaced at the Member’s expense. The current replacement fee is approximately £6.00.
7.5 If you upgrade your Tier during your Subscription, you will receive a new card reflecting your new Tier at no additional cost. Your previous card should be destroyed.
7.6 Upon termination of the Membership, the Membership Card is no longer valid for any purpose. You must not use or present the Card after termination. The Company may request the return of the Card, but is not required to do so.
8. Discord Community Access
8.1 All Members receive access to the Enclave LAN Members-only Discord channel(s) and a Tier-specific Discord title/role.
8.2 Discord access is subject to the Enclave LAN Community Guidelines, available at https://www.enclavelan.com/community-guidelines. Breach of the Community Guidelines may result in suspension or removal of Discord privileges independently of Membership status.
8.3 Removal of Discord privileges under Clause 8.2 does not affect the Member’s entitlement to other Membership perks (including tickets, t-shirts, and Discount Codes), nor does it reduce or suspend the Subscription Fee.
8.4 Discord titles and channel access will be revoked upon cancellation or termination of the Membership, following the end of the current paid Billing Cycle.
9. Event T-Shirts
9.1 All Members are entitled to one (1) official event t-shirt (unique design exclusive to each Event) at each Event they are eligible for.
9.2 T-shirts must be collected at the Members Check-In desk at the relevant Event. Members must present valid identification or their Membership Card to collect.
9.3 You may specify your preferred t-shirt size at sign-up and update it via your Account portal. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to fulfil your size preference but cannot guarantee availability of specific sizes.
9.4 Uncollected t-shirts may be posted to the Member after the Event at the Member’s expense. The Company will contact the Member to arrange postage. Unclaimed t-shirts will be held for thirty (30) days after the Event, after which the Company may dispose of uncollected t-shirts at its discretion and shall have no further obligation to the Member in respect of that t-shirt.
9.5 To be eligible for an Event t-shirt, the Member’s Subscription must be active and paid up on the date the Event begins.
10. Ticket Discount — Base Tier
10.1 Base Tier Members receive a unique Discount Code worth £30 off one (1) standard BYOC LAN ticket per Event.
10.2 The Discount Code is personal to the Member, single-use per Event, and applied at checkout when purchasing a ticket through the standard sales channel.
10.3 Discount Codes cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless expressly stated by the Company.
10.4 Discount Codes are non-transferable and have no cash value. Unused codes expire at the close of ticket sales for the relevant Event.
10.5 The Company reserves the right to amend the discount amount with reasonable notice in accordance with Clause 23. Any reduction in the discount amount is a material change for the purposes of Clause 23.
11. Included Event Ticket — Core Tier
11.1 Core Tier Members receive one (1) standard BYOC LAN ticket included for each Event, subject to the Minimum Period set out in Clause 13 (Monthly Plan subscribers only).
11.2 Eligible Members will be sent their ticket directly when event tickets go on general sale. Tickets are issued to the email address registered on the Member’s Account.
11.3 The included ticket is personal to the Member, non-transferable, and tied to their Account. It cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged.
11.4 If a Member cancels their Subscription, any ticket allocated for an upcoming Event is forfeited unless the Member exercises the Early Cancellation Buyout in accordance with Clause 15.
11.5 The included ticket replaces the £30 Discount Code. Core Tier Members do not receive a Discount Code (except during the Minimum Period — see Clause 13.5).
11.6 Included tickets are subject to the Enclave LAN Event Terms and Conditions, available at https://www.enclavelan.com/event-terms-conditions.
12. Included VIP Event Ticket — Prime Tier
12.1 Prime Tier Members receive one (1) VIP BYOC ticket included for each Event, subject to the Minimum Period set out in Clause 13 (Monthly Plan subscribers only) and subject to the capacity limits in Clause 17.
12.2 Clauses 11.2 to 11.6 apply equally to Prime Tier VIP tickets, with the substitution of “VIP BYOC ticket” for “standard BYOC LAN ticket” throughout.
12.3 VIP tickets include all enhanced benefits associated with the VIP tier at Enclave LAN Events (e.g., premium seating area, enhanced facilities). The specific VIP benefits for each Event are determined by the Company.
13. Minimum Subscription Period (Ticket Perks)
13.1 This clause applies to Core and Prime Tier Monthly Plan subscribers only. Annual Plan subscribers are exempt (see Clause 6.3).
13.2 Core and Prime Tier Monthly Plan subscribers must maintain an active, continuously paid Subscription for a minimum of six (6) consecutive months before ticket perks (Clauses 11 and 12) become active.
13.3 During the Minimum Period: (a) all community perks are active immediately (Membership Card, Discord access, event t-shirts, and Base Tier Discount Code for Core/Prime members); (b) no included event ticket is provided; and (c) the Member may purchase a ticket at the full Retail Price through the standard sales channel.
13.4 If the Subscription lapses or is suspended for non-payment for more than thirty (30) days, the Minimum Period clock resets and previously accrued months are forfeited. If the lapse is thirty (30) days or fewer and the Subscription is reactivated by successful payment, previously accrued months will be reinstated.
13.5 During the Minimum Period, Core and Prime Members will receive a £30 Discount Code (as per Clause 10) for any Event that falls within the Minimum Period. This interim discount ceases once the Minimum Period is satisfied and the included ticket perk activates.
14. Cancellation and Refunds
14.1 You may cancel your Subscription at any time through your Account portal or by contacting events@lancraftevents.com. Cancellation must be no more difficult than the process for subscribing.
14.2 Cooling-Off Period. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, because the Subscription is sold at a distance (online), you have the right to cancel your Subscription within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date on which the Subscription contract is entered into (“Cooling-Off Period”) for any reason, without needing to give an explanation.
14.3 How to Cancel During the Cooling-Off Period. To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform the Company of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. email to events@lancraftevents.com) before the Cooling-Off Period expires. You may use the Model Cancellation Form set out in Schedule 3 of these Terms, but it is not obligatory. Any clear statement of your decision to cancel is sufficient.
14.4 Refund on Cooling-Off Cancellation. If you cancel within the Cooling-Off Period, the Company will reimburse the Subscription Fee in full within fourteen (14) days of receiving your cancellation notice, using the same payment method as the original transaction unless otherwise agreed. If you have expressly requested that Membership benefits begin during the Cooling-Off Period (for example, by accessing the Members Discord channel), a proportionate amount may be deducted to reflect the services already provided up to the point of cancellation.
14.5 Monthly Plan Cancellation (after Cooling-Off). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. No pro-rata refund is given for partial months. All perks remain active until the end of the paid period.
14.6 Annual Plan Cancellation (after Cooling-Off). Cancellation is dealt with under Clause 6.4 (pro-rata refund mechanism). All perks remain active until the end of the current paid month.
14.7 Upon cancellation: (a) your Discord access and titles will be removed at the end of the paid period; (b) any allocated event ticket is forfeited (subject to the Early Cancellation Buyout in Clause 15); (c) the Membership Card is no longer valid (see Clause 7.6); and (d) your Account will be deactivated.
14.8 Statutory Rights. Nothing in this Clause excludes or limits any statutory rights that the Member may have under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
15. Early Cancellation Buyout (Core and Prime)
15.1 This clause applies only to Core and Prime Tier Members who cancel their Subscription after the Minimum Period has been satisfied and have been allocated a ticket for an upcoming Event.
15.2 Upon cancellation, the Member may choose one of two options:
(a) Forfeit: Cancel and forfeit the allocated ticket. No further payment is required.
(b) Buyout: Cancel and pay the difference between the total Subscription Fees paid since the ticket was allocated (or since the start of the current Billing Cycle, whichever is longer) and the Retail Price of the allocated ticket. The Member retains the ticket upon payment of the buyout amount.
15.3 The buyout amount is calculated based on the Retail Price of the ticket as defined in Clause 1. For example: (a) Core Tier: if a Core Member has paid three (3) months of Subscription Fees totalling £74.97, and the Retail Price of a standard BYOC ticket is £130.00, the buyout amount would be £55.03; (b) Prime Tier: if a Prime Member has paid two (2) months of Subscription Fees totalling £95.98, and the Retail Price of a VIP BYOC ticket is £275.00, the buyout amount would be £179.02.
15.4 The buyout option must be exercised within fourteen (14) days of the cancellation request. If the buyout is not paid within this period, the ticket is automatically forfeited.
15.5 The buyout option is available once per Event per cancellation.
16. Tier Changes
16.1 Upgrades: You may upgrade your Tier at any time. The upgrade takes effect immediately. The price difference for the remainder of the current Billing Cycle will be charged pro-rata. A new Membership Card will be issued at no cost (see Clause 7.5).
16.2 Downgrades: You may downgrade your Tier at any time. The downgrade takes effect at the start of the next Billing Cycle. You retain all perks of your current Tier until the end of the current paid period.
16.3 If a Core or Prime Member downgrades to Base and has been allocated a ticket for an upcoming Event, the Early Cancellation Buyout provisions in Clause 15 apply to that ticket.
16.4 The Minimum Period (Clause 13) applies to the highest Tier held. If you upgrade from Base to Core or Prime, the Minimum Period is calculated from the original subscription start date.
17. Prime Tier Capacity Limits
17.1 The number of available Prime Tier Memberships is limited. The maximum number of Prime Members at any given time is determined by the total number of VIP tickets available for the next scheduled Event, minus the number of Apex Tier Lifetime Founders Members.
17.2 If the Prime Tier reaches capacity, new applicants will be placed on a waiting list and offered a Prime Tier Membership as and when a space becomes available.
17.3 Waiting list applicants may subscribe to the Core or Base Tier in the interim without losing their place on the Prime waiting list.
18. Suspension and Termination
18.1 Suspension for non-payment: If a payment fails and remains outstanding for more than seven (7) days, the Company may suspend the Membership. During suspension: (a) all perks are paused; (b) any allocated ticket is held but not confirmed; and (c) the Minimum Period clock is paused. The Membership will be reactivated upon successful payment.
18.2 Termination for non-payment: If payment remains outstanding for more than thirty (30) days, the Company may terminate the Membership. Termination for non-payment is treated as a cancellation without buyout option.
18.3 Termination for breach: The Company may suspend or terminate the Membership where the Member commits a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, the Enclave LAN Community Guidelines, or the Event Terms and Conditions. Examples of serious breaches include (but are not limited to): (a) fraudulent or abusive conduct; (b) attempting to transfer, sell, or share Membership perks; (c) harassment, discrimination, threatening or violent conduct within the Enclave LAN community; or (d) conduct that brings the Enclave LAN brand into disrepute.
18.4 Proportionality. The Company will take a proportionate approach to enforcement. Minor or first-time breaches will ordinarily be addressed by a written warning before suspension or termination is considered.
18.5 Refund on termination for breach. Where the Membership is terminated for serious breach involving violence, criminal activity, or endangerment of others, no refund will be issued and any allocated tickets are forfeited. In all other cases of termination for breach, the Company will offer a partial refund of unused Subscription Fees (excluding the value of any perks already received), calculated on a pro-rata basis.
18.6 The Company will provide written notice (to the email address on the Account) of any suspension or termination, stating the grounds.
18.7 Internal Appeal. The Member may appeal any suspension or termination decision by writing to events@lancraftevents.com within fourteen (14) days of receiving the notice. The appeal will be reviewed by a senior officer of LANCraft Events Ltd who was not involved in the original decision. The Company will issue its appeal decision within fourteen (14) working days. The Member’s Membership status at the time of the appeal will be maintained pending the outcome. If the appeal is unsuccessful, the Member may proceed under the complaints procedure in Clause 24 or through the courts.
19. Event Cancellation and Non-Occurrence
19.1 If an individual Event is cancelled or postponed, the Membership remains valid and all perks carry forward to the next Event. No refund of the Subscription Fee will be issued for a cancelled or postponed Event. The Company will use reasonable endeavours to give Members at least thirty (30) days’ notice of any Event cancellation or material date change. The Company is not liable for travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by Members in connection with attending an Event, except where the cancellation is caused by the Company’s negligence or breach of these Terms.
19.2 The Membership does not guarantee that Events will take place on any particular date or at any particular frequency.
19.3 Prolonged Non-Occurrence. If no Enclave LAN Event takes place within any consecutive twelve (12) month period from the start or renewal of the Subscription, the Company will offer affected Members the option to: (a) continue the Subscription with ticket perks rolling forward to the next Event; (b) pause the Subscription at no charge until the next Event is confirmed; or (c) cancel the Subscription and receive a pro-rata refund of Subscription Fees paid during the period in which no Event took place.
19.4 The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in holding Events where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control (force majeure), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, civil unrest, venue unavailability, or third-party service failures.
20. Relationship with Lifetime Founders Membership
20.1 The Standard Subscription Membership and the Lifetime Founders Membership are separate and independent schemes, each governed by their own terms and conditions.
20.2 A person may hold both a Standard Subscription Membership and a Lifetime Founders Membership simultaneously. However, event ticket perks are not cumulative across schemes. The Member will receive the single highest-value ticket perk available to them.
20.3 If a Standard Subscription Member subsequently purchases a Lifetime Founders Membership, the Subscription may be cancelled without penalty and any applicable refund or credit will be determined at the Company’s reasonable discretion.
21. Limitation of Liability
21.1 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the Company’s liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other matter which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law.
21.2 Subject to Clause 21.1, the Company’s total aggregate liability to you in connection with the Membership shall not exceed the total Subscription Fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
21.3 The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses, except where such losses arise from the Company’s negligence or breach of these Terms.
21.4 The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted access to Discord channels, the membership portal, or any third-party platforms used in connection with the Membership.
21.5 Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. For the avoidance of doubt, the services provided under this Membership are subject to the implied terms under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, and to the consumer protection provisions of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024. If the services do not conform to the contract, Members have the right to require repeat performance or, where repeat performance is not possible or not carried out within a reasonable time, a price reduction. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes these statutory rights.
22. Data Protection and Privacy
22.1 The Company collects and processes personal data in connection with the Membership in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at https://www.enclavelan.com/privacy-policy, and applicable data protection legislation, including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.
22.2 Personal data collected includes: name, email address, postal address, t-shirt size preference, payment information (processed by third-party payment providers), Discord username, and Membership activity data.
22.3 Lawful Basis. The Company processes your personal data on the following lawful bases: (a) performance of the Subscription contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)); (b) compliance with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(c)); and (c) legitimate interests of the Company in administering the Membership and improving the Enclave LAN experience, where those interests are not overridden by your rights (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
22.4 Data Sharing. Your data may be shared with: (a) third-party payment processors for the purpose of processing Subscription payments; (b) Discord (a US-based company) for the purpose of providing Members-only channel access and roles; (c) postal and courier services for the purpose of dispatching Membership Cards and t-shirts; and (d) any other service provider engaged by the Company to fulfil Membership perks. Transfers to the United States are made in reliance on the UK-US Data Bridge adequacy regulations, or such other lawful transfer mechanism as may apply from time to time. Where data is transferred outside the United Kingdom to other countries, the Company will ensure that appropriate safeguards are in place in accordance with UK GDPR. Full details of international transfer safeguards are set out in the Privacy Policy. Data will not be sold to third parties.
22.5 Data Retention. The Company will retain personal data for the duration of the Membership and for a period of seven (7) years after the Membership ends (whether by cancellation, termination, or otherwise), in accordance with HMRC record-keeping requirements and applicable limitation periods. After this period, personal data will be securely deleted unless retention is required by law.
22.6 Your Rights. You may exercise your data protection rights (including the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection) by contacting events@lancraftevents.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
23. Changes to These Terms
23.1 The Company may amend these Terms from time to time. The Company will provide at least thirty (30) days’ written notice of any material changes, sent to the email address on your Account.
23.2 Material changes include (but are not limited to): changes to pricing, changes to perk entitlements, changes to cancellation or refund policies, changes to the Minimum Period, and any reduction in the £30 Discount Code amount.
23.3 Right to Reject Material Changes. If you do not agree with a material change, you may cancel your Subscription before the change takes effect without penalty and receive a pro-rata refund for any unused period (calculated on the same basis as Clause 6.4 for Annual Plans, or for the remaining days of the current paid month for Monthly Plans). If you continue to use the Membership after the change takes effect, you will be taken to have agreed to the new Terms.
23.4 Non-material changes (e.g., typographical corrections, clarifications that do not alter rights or obligations) may be made without notice.
24. Complaints Procedure
24.1 Any complaint relating to the Membership or an Event should be submitted in writing to events@lancraftevents.com.
24.2 The Company will acknowledge receipt within five (5) working days and provide a substantive response within twenty (20) working days.
24.3 If you are not satisfied with the response, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process in Clause 25, or bring proceedings in the courts.
24.4 Alternative Dispute Resolution. In accordance with applicable ADR legislation (including the Alternative Dispute Resolution for Consumer Disputes (Competent Authorities and Information) Regulations 2015, as amended or replaced by the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 or any subsequent legislation), LANCraft Events Ltd informs you that it is not currently willing to submit to an alternative dispute resolution procedure operated by a certified ADR provider. If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the complaints procedure, you may bring proceedings in the courts as set out in Clause 25.
25. Governing Law and Disputes
25.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
25.2 Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless the Member is resident in another part of the United Kingdom, in which case the applicable law of that part of the United Kingdom will apply and any dispute may be brought before the courts there.
25.3 Before commencing any legal proceedings, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting events@lancraftevents.com or through the Enclave LAN Discord support channel.
26. General Provisions
26.1 Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the documents referred to herein (including the Event Terms and Conditions at https://www.enclavelan.com/event-terms-conditions and the Community Guidelines at https://www.enclavelan.com/community-guidelines), constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company in relation to the Membership.
26.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
26.3 Waiver: A failure or delay by the Company in exercising any right under these Terms shall not operate as a waiver of that right.
26.4 Force Majeure: The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, venue unavailability, or third-party service failures.
26.5 Third Party Rights: These Terms do not confer any rights on any person or party other than the Member and the Company under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
26.6 Notices: Any notice under these Terms shall be in writing and sent by email. Notices to the Company must be sent to events@lancraftevents.com. Notices to the Member will be sent to the email address registered on the Account (or as subsequently updated). A notice is deemed received on the day it is sent by email, provided it is sent before 17:00 on a working day; otherwise it is deemed received on the next working day.
26.7 Communications: Where these Terms refer to communication via the Members Discord channel, this is a convenience and not the sole means of communication. All material communications (including Event details, changes to Terms, and complaints responses) will also be available via email.

Schedule 2 — Pre-Contractual Information
Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013
The following information is provided to you before you enter into the Subscription contract, as required by the above Regulations.
1. Identity of the trader: LANCraft Events Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 15420570, VAT registration number 462339096.

4. Description of the service: Recurring subscription membership to the Enclave LAN Standard Membership scheme in your chosen Tier (Base, Core, or Prime). Full tier descriptions and included perks are set out in Clause 4 and Schedule 1 of the Terms and Conditions. The Membership includes physical goods (Membership Card) which are subject to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Total price (inclusive of taxes): As set out in Schedule 1. Monthly Plan: Base £9.49/mo, Core £24.99/mo, Prime £47.99/mo. Annual Plan: Base £108.88/yr, Core £289.88/yr, Prime £560.88/yr. All prices include VAT at 20%.
6. Payment arrangements: Recurring payment via your chosen payment method. Monthly or annual billing cycle depending on your selected plan.
7. Right to cancel: You have the right to cancel within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date on which the Subscription contract is entered into for a full refund under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. You may use the Model Cancellation Form in Schedule 3 or send a clear statement to events@lancraftevents.com. After the Cooling-Off Period, you may cancel at any time in accordance with Clause 14. Monthly Plan cancellations take effect at the end of the current paid month. Annual Plan cancellations are subject to the pro-rata refund mechanism in Clause 6.4.
8. Duration and minimum commitment: The Subscription runs on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until cancelled. There is no fixed minimum contract term. However, Core and Prime Tier Monthly Plan subscribers are subject to a six (6) month Minimum Period before ticket perks activate (see Clause 13). Annual Plan subscribers are exempt from the Minimum Period.
9. Renewal reminders: The Company will send renewal reminder notices by email at least fourteen (14) days before each Annual Plan renewal. For Monthly Plans, the Company will send a reminder notice at least once every six (6) months (see Clause 5.6).
10. Digital content and interoperability: Discord channel access (requires a Discord account and internet connection), online membership portal, and digital ticket delivery.
11. Complaints and disputes: Any complaint or dispute should be raised with LANCraft Events Ltd via events@lancraftevents.com or through the Enclave LAN Discord support channel. See Clause 24 for the formal complaints procedure. The Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
12. Duration: The Subscription continues until cancelled by the Member or terminated by the Company in accordance with the Terms and Conditions.

14. Alternative dispute resolution: See Clause 24.4.
