EnclaveLAN - Community Guidelines
EnclaveLAN exists to bring people together through gaming. To make every event and online space welcoming, we expect all members of our community to follow these simple principles.
1. Respect & Inclusivity
EnclaveLAN is a space for everyone, both at live events and online. You must treat others with respect at all times. Unacceptable behavior includes, but is not limited to:
Harassment, hate speech, or abusive content of any kind
Sexual harassment, unwanted advances, or exploitation
Bullying, cyberbullying or intimidation
Invading personal boundaries or ignoring “do not contact” requests
Sharing someone’s private information with harmful intent
Posting misleading, doctored, or harmful content
Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or political belief
Encouraging others to engage in any of the above
Respecting each other makes the community stronger and more enjoyable for everyone.
2. Pronouns & Identity
Use people’s correct names and pronouns. If unsure, just ask politely.
3. Photos & Recording
You’re welcome to capture memories - just ask permission before taking or sharing photos or videos of specific people. Be respectful of those who decline.
4. Substance-Free & Safe Behaviour
Illegal drugs are not allowed.
Disorderly, aggressive, or unsafe behavior - in person or online - will not be tolerated.
5. Online Conduct
Our Discord, forums, and social platforms are extensions of the event. What’s not okay in person isn’t okay online.
Consequences
Violating these guidelines may result in:
Removal from the event (no refund)
Bans from future events or online communities
