Seatpicker User Guide
The seatpicker can be found by clicking this link
Upon logging in with your discord account, you can view your current tickets and events:
If you are not able to see any tickets, but you have purchased some, visit your profile and ensure that the email address that you used to purchase the tickets with is listed, if it isn’t - add the email address to your profile by clicking “Add Email Address”:
If you have purchased multiple tickets and wish to assign them to different users, you may visit the “Tickets” page, where you can select a ticket and generate a transfer code, which can be then used to claim a ticket by the other user.
Please note that a user needs to have a ticket to get the event-related discord roles.
You may then navigate to the current seating plans, and select an event to view the seatpicker for that event:
Your tickets will be shown in the bar on the left side, you can click on the username and then select a seat on the main seatpicker.
You may then select the seat again in order to move, or unseat yourself.
