Enclave Event Survey Prize Draw, Terms and Conditions
Promoter. The Promoter of this prize draw is LANCraft Events Ltd ("LANCraft", "we", "us"), the organiser of Enclave LAN events.
Eligibility. This prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over who attended Enclave 1, Enclave 2, or both, and who complete the Enclave Event Survey in full. Employees of LANCraft Events Ltd, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with administering the draw are not eligible to enter.
How to enter. To enter the Prize Draw you must complete the survey and complete the giveaway section at the end of the survey. No purchase is necessary. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple submissions of the same survey or from the same person will not result in additional entries into the prize draw.
Entry responsibility. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, delayed, misdirected or incomplete or cannot be delivered or entered for any technical or other reason. Proof of delivery of the entry is not proof of receipt by the Promoter.
Closing date. The closing date for the Prize Draw is 12PM on 14th May 2026. Entries received outside this time period will not be considered. The Prize Draw will be made within 1 calendar week after the closing date has ended.
Winner selection. Two winners will be chosen from a random draw of entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The draw will be performed by a random computer process administered by the Promoter and under the supervision of an independent member of the Promoter's staff.
Prize. Each winner will receive 2 BYOC LAN tickets to Enclave 3: Invasion, taking place at MK Arena, Milton Keynes from 27 to 31 August 2026. The prize will be sent to the winner via email in the form of a discount code to redeem the prize on the event ticketing website.
Prize exclusions. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any costs associated with the prize and not specifically included in the prize. Tickets cover entry only. Travel, accommodation, food, drink, and any add-ons (e.g. premium seating, merchandise, hotel rooms) are the responsibility of the winner. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
Notification. The winner will be notified by email on the day of the drawing. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 30 days of being notified, then the winner's prize will be forfeited, and LANCraft shall be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. If a winner rejects their prize or the entry is invalid or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the winner's prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner.
Prize substitution. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
Survey responses and data. Survey responses are anonymous by default. To enter the prize draw, respondents must provide an email address at the end of the survey for the sole purpose of contacting the winners. Email addresses will not be linked to specific survey answers in any analysis and will not be shared with third parties. Email addresses will be deleted within 30 days of the winners being notified, unless the respondent has separately opted in to LANCraft marketing communications.
Personal data. The Promoter shall use and take care of any personal data you supply to it as described in its Privacy Policy (available at enclavelan.com/privacy-policy), and in accordance with data protection legislation. By entering the Prize Draw, you agree to the collection, retention, usage and distribution of your personal information in order to process and contact you about your Prize Draw entry.
Liability. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies accept no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by you as a result of entering this Prize Draw or accepting the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum amount allowable by law.
Publicity. The prize winner's name may be made available within the LANCraft website and on LANCraft's social channels and Discord if the prize winner consents to this. Winners are not required to take part in any further publicity beyond this.
Cancellation or modification. If for any reason any aspect of this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate any affected entries, where required.
Acceptance of terms. Participants in the draw are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
Governing law. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
