Restricted communications recovered from internal systems after quarantine was lifted. The following logs track the first confirmed detection of an unknown scouting fleet beyond standard radar range.
Recovered files
Entries are listed in recovered order. Some files contain redactions, damaged attachments, or delayed fragments.
LANium reserve monitoring
LANium reserves are holding at 58 percent.
Consumption has stabilised since quarantine lifted, but output remains capped under Architect Langley’s directive. No anomaly signatures detected in core systems.
External arrays remain online. Passive scans only.
Patient status update - post-quarantine
To: Architect Langley, Architect Caldwell, Dr Fielding, Dr Carrington
All quarantined patients are now showing clear signs of improvement.
The symptoms we were tracking have started to ease across the board, and we have not identified any new cases since restrictions were lifted.
Our current thinking is that whatever caused the mutation has weakened over time. Those exposed later were affected less, and they have recovered faster.
We are starting a new round of lab work to confirm what we are seeing and decide next steps.
If recovery continues at this rate, patients will be cleared for return to duty after final checks.
Re: Patient status update
To: Dr Lexi Fuller, Medical Wing
Lexi,
I have gone through your data. The speed of recovery stands out.
If this thing is fading rather than holding, we need to understand why. It does not behave like anything we would normally expect.
Please make sure we keep full samples before anyone is cleared. If this disappears completely, we lose the chance to study it properly.

Re: Re: Patient status update
To: Dr Mat Carrington, Research Division
Mat,
We are already running deeper tests. Early results are mixed.
It looks less like it is changing, and more like it is falling ap̷a̶r̴t̸.
I will send full results once the next set is ready.
For now, patients are stable. That is the priority.
Private notes - mutation behaviour
The effects are not lasting.
That should be reassuring, but it does not sit right.
It does not spread in a normal way. It does not build or adapt. It just appears, does its damage, and then fades.
It feels less like a disease and more like something that set events in m̷o̷t̷i̷o̷n̷.
If that is true, then this was never the end of it.
Signal drift
To: Dr Fielding, Research Division
Dr Fielding,
I am picking something up on the extended array. Faint, intermittent. I thought it was background radiation at first, but the spacing keeps repeating.
Patterned. Controlled. Not natural.
I will keep monitoring. Do not escalate yet.

Quick sanity check
To: Dr Lexi Fuller, Medical Wing
Lexi,
I know this is not your area, but I need a second opinion.
The signal I mentioned to Fielding is still there. Same timing, same pattern. No drift at all.
If it was environmental, I would expect it to change. It has not.
Could anything biological cause something like that, even indirectly?
Or am I chasing g̷h̷o̷s̷t̷s̷ while you are dealing with actual problems?
- Alan
Re: Quick sanity check
To: Alan Jenkins, Senior Technical Engineer
Alan,
Nothing we are seeing here would create a signal like that.
Whatever affected the patients changed them, but it does not behave like something that spreads or communicates.
If what you are seeing is structured, it is coming from somewhere else.
Send it to Research. Keep it quiet for now.
Signal analysis
To: Architect Langley
The signal appears artificial in origin.
Repeating intervals suggest controlled transmission rather than environmental interference. No known Enclave systems match this frequency.
I recommend controlled investigation before this is placed in the morning briefing cycle.
Mutation resolution - strategic implication
To: Architect Langley, Architect Caldwell
The mutation is resolving in all known cases.
This reduces the immediate risk, and Medical should be able to return personnel to duty soon.
That said, we still do not understand what caused it.
It did not behave like anything we would normally expect. It did not last, and it did not evolve. It simply appeared and then faded.
I do not think this should be treated as a closed incident.
Not when something like this can just… st̷a̷r̷t̷.
Extended radar array activated
Range extended beyond standard parameters.
Objects detected at extreme distance.
Movement confirmed.
You need to see this
To: Architect Langley
Architect Langley,
I ran a full sweep.
It is not debris. They are holding formation. Multiple signatures. Same vector.
They are coming.

We thought the anomaly was the problem.
It was the s̷i̷g̷n̷a̷l̷.
